I surprised my man with a birthday trip here and from the innkeepers to the food to the views to our room, everything was wonderful! We got a tug boat ride across the lake for lunch the next day and the breakfast was wonderful.

When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Maggie who gave us keys and showed us around. The room below the lighthouse had a small fridge which she so kindly stocked with pop and water, as well as snack food on the counter. It had two beds and a nice couch. The bathroom had a shower and water came out... More

You don't find many opportunities to sleep in a lighthouse! We had the Fowler room which also includes the lamp room. We had a very pleasant stay. The bathroom very creatively shaped like a tug boat. It is small but worked out just fine. The room size was sufficient. We enjoyed the evening and morning in the lamp room and... More

Atmosphere was awesome. Breakfasts were amazing. View is magnificent. It was nice to stay in a lighthouse and not have to drive too far away. Maggie and Tug are very kind. Looking forward to going back in the fall.

I came out to the bed and breakfast to unwind from the daily routine. This place provided just what I needed! The experience encompassed: A comfortable bed inside a lighthouse, quiet time spent by the lake, watching the sun rise and set, delicious homemade breakfast, a scenic ride on the tugboat, a cool night by the fireside, and overwhelming kindness... We went with two kids, who loved, loved, loved staying in the lighthouse. As did the adults. The whole place has lots of charm, great views, and very friendly hosts. We visited in the middle of winter so it was cold outside- it must be even better in summer when it's easier to enjoy the lake and being outside. The... More
