I came out to the bed and breakfast to unwind from the daily routine. This place provided just what I needed! The experience encompassed: A comfortable bed inside a lighthouse, quiet time spent by the lake, watching the sun rise and set, delicious homemade breakfast, a scenic ride on the tugboat, a cool night by the fireside, and overwhelming kindness... We went with two kids, who loved, loved, loved staying in the lighthouse. As did the adults. The whole place has lots of charm, great views, and very friendly hosts. We visited in the middle of winter so it was cold outside- it must be even better in summer when it's easier to enjoy the lake and being outside. The... More

So this was my Birthday weekend, so my wonderful Girl booked this surprise getaway for me. I had no idea where we were going until we pulled up at this place.. I looked at her and said "hey.. There's a lighthouse!" And that's where we stayed! In the lighthouse. It was awesome, great room, loved the way it was designed... More

My wife has always wanted to stay in a Lighthouse so our son and daughter in law got us 2 nights for a Mothers Day/ Fathers Day gift. We really enjoyed it especially the Tugboat ride. I helped Jon a little while on a jet ski he was working on and I enjoyed talking to him and helping him. Maggie... More

We were looking for a spur of the moment place to go overnight. We had no idea this was nearby. The lighthouse is so unique and the other room with screened porch was very cozy as well. We took our 18 and 13 year old daughters and they thoroughly enjoyed staying in the lighthouse, riding the paddle boat and getting... More

A very relaxing place to stay. Tug and Maggie were excellent hosts. The breakfast and the view were both awesome. The ride on the tugboat to the marina for supper was a very unique experience. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

The is one of the most relaxing places to stay. The lake is beautiful and clean. There is a paddle boat to have fun in and you get a free ride on the tug boat. The ride lasts for an hour or so and is just wonderful. The owners are the best. Tug and Maggie are so nice and feel... More
