the rooms were very small and bathrooms even more tiny , you can;t even stand below the shower as toilet is just below , cleaning was not good , not a value for money , though the staff and reception was helpful ,

I had booked this hotel online but to my disgust the reception was rude and pathetic unprofessional never in my life i will go or suggest anyone to go in this hotel really a nightmare to be in . All staff in themselves only talking to self not talking to consumer and the most negligent hotel.

This no-frills hotel is great value for money. The rooms were basic but clean, the bathroom had hot water, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Oh, and the indian breakfast was delicious! Ideal for a short stay in Kolkata if you are on a budget

Took me more than 2 hours to reach from the airport because of traffic jams in the area. Even the soap in the toilet had to be asked for, and so was the water in the room. Service was very slow. Towel provided was stinking, but still not replaced in spite of asking. Don't even try the laundry service if... More

They keep the rooms as good for a small trip, not lavish but kind of satisfactory furniture and bedding. Sleep quality was good, Bath ( as usual complain i find with many of the eastern budget hotels) was not so good in terms of looks and comfort. very ordinary with pale tiles giving a dull look. Service was prompt, however... More

Its a good hotel in terms of value for money. Besides the in house restaurant/kitchen, there are several options nearby the location for food. Transportation is within reach from hotel which is a plus point !

Had a recent stay in this hotel which is at great location, low on cleanliness and old construction gives a very average experience. Considering the concern of cleanliness did not made an attempt to dine.

A decent Budget accomodation in heart of the city. Rooms are spacious but housekeeping needs lots n lots of improvement. Transport is easily available just outside the hotel. Room Service and Food Quality was kinda ok. Dont forget to try Rasogolla, Mango Sandesh & Chamcham on a sweet shop just in front of the hotel, named "Namkin Mitha". Staff is... More

A budget hotel in a prime location, with easy access to the kolkata metro. Thats all about it. Service and food was okay. Rooms were clean. Stayed for only a day. the hotel is recommended for business trips. As for food, there are lots of nice places to eat nearby, including(but not limited to) Guptas, Punjabi dhaba, Jai hind restaurant... More
