Comfortable and safe atmosphere, with very clean rooms. The staff was really friendly and nice, and very very helpful. Rooms were modern and simple. I stayed in the King room that has a large king size bed, wired internet and a mini fridge. Don’t think anyone needs anything more than what they have in the rooms. The area is residential... More

The only positive about this place is the location and the breakfast man. Does the owner think he is being honest about the 2,100 rupees per night he is charging? The hygine at this place in non-existant, the rooms have a terrible smell and are dirty. It's difficult to have a good night sleep because the matress and the pillows... More

Inconvenient location - Arrived Kolkata in midnight and none of taxi drivers know how to get to there - No significant landmark nearby. Clean room with simple breakfast served. But there are just four rooms situated below the residence so don't expect there's any common room or hotel service. No wifi service and only small window in the room. A... More

I just stayed in the Best Inn for about a week. I enjoyed the place, and the farther I got into the trip the more I enjoyed the hotel. The best part of the hotel was the extremely helpful staff - Chaitanya at the desk, Chetan for the room service. When I landed I received a call from the hotel... More

Booked this place as we were just arriving in India and wanted a place to get to straight from the airport. A fair way from the traditional travellers area which we didn't know at the time but the staff were super helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Still a bit pricey given what you... More

It's a good place if you are traveling on a budget and want some place just to sleep over. Service was very good. Actually, Calcutta was very chaotic, our entire stay, we had problems with the taxis that simply didn't want to drive us. The staff helped us and we are very grateful.

There is a lot to love about this place. I would describe the atmosphere and decor as "modern" - bright and cheerful. Everything we needed was provided, including breakfast, room service and internet service in our room. Couldn't ask for anything better, plus great restaurants within walking distance! This place really is a hidden gem. The gentleman at the front-desk... More

Really nice little guest house, the staff were so fiendly and helpfull to the extent they got up at 3.30am to see us off. The rooms are clean and comfortable, good bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location is good for the Victoria memorial.

Living in Mumbai for the past 5 years and having experienced a huge range of guesthouses in India, this has to be my favorite. It's a proper boutique bed & breakfast with amazingly clean and functional rooms. A lovely small place located in a quiet area but close to some restaurants, malls and the metro-rail. Taxis are also easily available.... More

This is a great spot, with simple but clean and functional rooms, and everything you need. Good value, considering the location. The staff are kind but they don't smile much! But nevertheless, they will help you if needed.
