I have stayed two nights 15 and 16 May in Hyatt Regency , Kolkata. It is a nice hotel in modern architectural feat, though a bit away from the downtown.the physical amenities are simply excellent. But I experieced security slackness and poor service in restaurants and in room. Chefs need to be more trained, and needs to be more courteous....
