I love the Grand from all perspective. It is situated in the heart of the City in the most happening place. The Victorian architecture is compared to none in the city. I once went into their toilet (Gents). After doing my business I washed my hands. Then I looked around for a hand-dryer. There wasn't any. But I saw a uniformed 'Bearer' standing next to to the exit. As I passed him, he put a clean fresh towel into my hands!! more
