Kolkata's not the nicest place in India to vist, but if you have to travel there for business, ITC makes it that little bit easier. The room and facilities are awesome. ITC Sonar, Kolkata is a fabulous hotel. It has such a well-planned design and landscaping, with low-rise buildings surrounding a lotus pond in a rectangular shape. The moment you walk into the lobby you instantly forget the chaos that is Kolkata. The blaring car horns and roadside mayhem just outside seem miles away.
