I along with my family stayed here at 5th Feb 2016. There deluxe category room was OK to stay for few nights. But we booked two rooms while got one. Later problem was solved. Bathroom was old fashioned for our room but my parents got the better one. Gave a 24 hours one device free card for each room but... More

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed with respect to budget hotel. Rooms are very clean and the rest-rooms are too. 5 minutes walk from the park street metro is the next advantage. Actually from the reviews I had not proffered the hotel, but I feel this will be the hotel I will stay whenever I visit... More

Too overpriced. If you are looking for a budget hotel, it isn't the place. I stayed there , because I reached there at 12 midnight and didn't have time to explore too much. They'll charge you rs 2000-2500 for an ac room. But the room is not of value for the money you pay. Don't get carried away by the... More

VIP Continental too is on Sudder Street. This property though is recently upgraded and therefore has a modern look. Single Rooms available from prices at Rs 1500 upwards with ac and geysers. The staff unlike other Sub Rs 1000 rooms are polite, decent and well trained. TV channels too have the entire repertoire. Worth its value.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights for stay with friends in November. Staff was cooperative & helpful. Location is also good. Have good connectivity & near to market. Though hotel was under renovation but room quality was also average. Can be improved.

I have stayed in this hotel in the month of May 2014 and the experience was really pathetic during the stay there rooms are very small and lot of cockroach in the room and the chemical smell was coming from the room. When I was doing the check out and given my credit card for the payment they told the... More

The location of this hotel was wonderful as it is near the famous park street area. The staff was helpful. however, there were few bed bugs and room was small. the rates were also higher than normal. An average stay.

A quick summary: Noisy, microscopic single room, dirty bed sheets, plenty of bed bugs, 10 min of hot water only... Despite a strategic location in Kolkota (plenty of good restaurants around and central for site-seeings) this hotel is clearly overpriced ! At least personal was nice.

A great place to stay in the heart of Kolkata. Unlike many of the nearby places the rooms are freshly painted and well maintained. The single rooms are very small but the doubles are a decent size. Despite being on a busy street the rooms are quiet. I've stayed here 4 times in the past year and have always found... More

Yup, bedbugs. Hotel seemed pretty good up until that experience. When we showed them the attack they quickly moved us into the room...next door. We later heard the shower running from the room where we got the bedbugs. The staff is friendly, but bedbugs are bedbugs.
