We arrived here as our first choice on Darjeeling and stayed a week, three people across two rooms. The rooms were reasonably sized, warm, and probably the cleanest we stayed at in the area. Hot water was plentiful. It was a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful; on the weekend we met the owner, who was charming. A... More

Clean, comfortable and quiet. We spent 3 nights here, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Wifi available but we couldn't reach it in our room, just the common area. The hot water bottles were a lovely touch, however definitely necessary. It was very cold in the rooms so think twice about staying here in the coldest months.... More

This is a nice little hotel, the rooms are quite small and the tank of hot water lasts only about 10 minutes, the WiFi can be accessed on the 2nd floor and the common area only but the owner and his family were very helpful.

Very welcoming. Great value. Super clean. I stayed here for 2 nights before leaving for singalila trek, most friendly staff, they let me leave most of my stuff in a cloak room while I was gone. Came back for another night, all the same friendly smiles, cordiality and cleanliness as before. And those WARM WATER BOTTLES, thanks god they made... More

My boyfriend and I had a really great stay here. We ended up staying for a week before going to Sikkim and then coming back for a couple nights on our way down south. Really friendly staff. Always there to help out. We had a lovely room with a great view. Hot showers. Nice sitting area. Lots of blankets! I... More

This hotel has a great location, a bit of a work out to get there, but great views from the rooftop and walkable to everywhere really. I loved that they supplied endless amounts of blankets because it is soooo cold up there, especially at night and nowhere has heating. Hot water was such a relief as well, but bear in... More

This is the first hotel that actually had hot water and since it was pretty cold in the hills, that was nice. Single pane window but two clean fleeces, nice bed and even better view. No wifi in the room, you can only use that downstairs till 21:00, after that they turn it off for reasons they couldn't explain. They... More

We found this charming hotel in the lonely planet guide, we were a little afraid of what to expect but it was a very good surprise! The staff is soo friendly and gentle, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, with good beds, bathroom, huge blankets (we went in march and darjeeling was freezing). The only thing is that the...
