Excellent if you are interested in heritage building. Spacious rooms, though not well maintained. Be careful of mice and rats in few rooms those may cause damage to your valuables. We stayed at planters club fr 5days..it was really an awesome experience....we booked a suite....the place was very neat and clean..room service was pretty good.......we faced some problm with the gyeser and the room heater...but the staffs solved that problm soon...there were some hidden cost like the charcoal of the fire place.....but overall the experience is very nice...

We were lodged in VIP rooms and they were quite comfortable. Big size and wood paneled. Nice and clean toilet. Cozy rooms with fire place and external heaters. Only problem with this utility is service which is horrible. They have a good restaurant called Opium but staffs are not well trained. difficult to converse in English.
