park Lane at Darjeeling is located at decent and approachable place, the room was okay, the service was bad, we were given a very cold welcome as an we were not welcome there....the reason was, we had booked from net and they said clearly that we want to get more rates for season time......Room service was very very bad....
We stayed here for 2 nights. The water heater was problem in this hotel and no housekeeping. I believe they didnt change the bedsheet for us. Breakfast was quite ok.
