This quirky hotel was certainly unique in its styling and decoration. I took this as a good thing. The hotel seemed aged and in the need of a modern renovation, however, as it was a bit worn. Everything was clean. Breakfast was excellent. more

During my monthlong stay in India, this was one of my most pleasant stays. I was there Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed the place. The rooms and corridors were sparkling and bright. The dinner buffet was incredible with North and South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian as well as a nice selection of European food and a great dessert table. Very nice red and white wines. We second a majority of the reviews I saw. Pretty grungy rooms for high prices, service not good, understaffed at the front desk (and not friendly or professional). One plus side was the pool restaurant at night, but next day in daylight we were able to see how worn everything was. more
