We stayed here one night several weeks ago, in transit to Kerala. The hotel was very nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was a pleasant surprise, serving good food at good prices. We'll be staying there again next week, when we return for a few days sightseeing in Chennai.

It is a business class hotel. I had booked a deluxe room in this hotel through Make My Trip. On arrival, there was warm welcome from reception and they had arranged a nice room for us. The room, though a little bit small, was nicely decorated and clean. The complementary buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel is very close... More

I stayed with my mother twice in the span of one week at this hotel. The rooms were spectacularly clean and fresh. This hotel is certainly the best when it comes to the congested locality of the Chennai Central station. Once you are inside the room, you wont feel the hustle and bustle of the busy area. the bathroom was... More

I am a frequent business traveler to Chennai. This was the first time that my colleague booked a room for us in this hotel. When he asked for a discount, he was told to give a mail after which they would provide the discount, which he did, but when we were checking out, they simply denied the discount, saying that... There are dozens of better hotels within a stone's throw of Chennai Central railway station, so this hotel is to be avoided. Nothing that is advertised as free was provided to us, except the complimentary breakfast. No newspapers were delivered, and the wi-fi password (with a limit of 500 mb) did not work most of the time we were there.... More

This place was my first night staying in India, and I was a little nervous about travelling in India as a female solo traveller. However, the guy at the tour desk helped me make a phone call to local people that I had to call and could not communicate with in English, so I really appreciated the hospitality of the... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in May 2014. The rooms were clean and cozy, however somewhat noisy with the street noise which went on all night (we were on the 1st floor, so perhaps a higher floor would be better). The service from all staff we interacted with was unfortunately quite poor, certainly don't expect any smiles or warm... More

This hotel is pure value for money. Excellent staff with no communication problems. Good room service, and excellent complementary buffet spread. Great rooms and cooperative and understanding manager. All in all.. Full rating from my side.
