Good hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good for family to stay.Very near to main shopping area. But the din and bustle of shopping area not felt. Te only defect is the street in which the hotel remain is congested

This hotel is approx 12km from Chemnai airport, if you hire a taxi outside the airport perimeter it will cost INR 400/- to get here, this hotel is just in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of shopping in T Nagar, popular Pondy bazaar is about 3kms away, good rooms, good air-conditioning, good free wifi sometimes slow, breakfast... Stayed in BKR for 3 night. I travelled with my 2years old son. Getting a electric kettle to boil hot water was he'll of a problem there because for 120 rooms they only have 4 kettles. Come first get first policy it seems... so how about elderly people n other family with babies?? How they want to get hot water..... More

Worst Stay Ever. No one is recommended to stay. Payed INR 5500 per night. Rooms were not arranged. No soap, no toilet paper, no towels, no water, shower cubicles flooding. Useless room survice. Stayed in this hotel after came back from the famous temple in Tirupati. Checked in at 9pm+ but it was easy, no fuss. The room was ok but the bathroom need to refurbish. Stayed for 8 days. I must say im totally disappointed with the breakfast. They stated something else on the coupon, but not everything was served that's stated on the coupon. We stayed a total of 3 nights in this hotel. 1 night upon reaching chennai and 2 nights just before embarking from chennai. Rooms are allright. Location is great. this hotel located in Heart of the City shopping area like saravana store poyths , Chennai silk ..everything is walk able distance This hotel is value for money ,All staff are friendly , high speed Wi-FI Connection with lobby , Rooms are limited service only, break fast veg menu only but it was nice
