The rooms are part of apartment. It was very spacious, gave us a feeling of a home. Service was good. Food was delivered from the nearby restaurants. Walkable distance to Spencer's plaza and Anna Salai. Taxis and Auto's are easily available.

My husband had stayed here once before during a business trip so we stayed there for a couple of days during tirupati visit. The rooms are okay and the service nothing great but the location of the apartment is great with the spencer plaza at a walking distance. Would recommend this for a business trip not really for family stay.
