well the location is excellent rt opposite to the new secratriat and marina beach is just 1 km .the good thing about the hotel was the breakfast and cleanliness,the standard room was small with poor ventilation,room service was poor,its ok for a a short trip without family

I stayed at this hotel with my family in December. The rooms stink, I don't know why. Also in our room there were only Tamil channels available. Breakfast was just about OK. We never had any meals there. Its location is very close to the railway station but otherwise there is very little going for it.

This hotel is an embodiment of a misunderstanding. It reminds me places I stayed in in the Soviet Union when it still existed. 3 star rating is generous! Breakfast is bland, stodgy, not good. Bed sheets were dirty & hadn't been changed!  Air con worked. Shower room ok. Lots of mossies. Wifi in lobby. Staff helpfull enough. Close to central train station. Airport pick up good. Wouldn't go back in a hurry!
