I had a late evening flight, after the check in formality they took me out of the hotel! they said the hotel is full and as a special case they are providing my accommodation to their annexure which is next building. since hotel was pre booked, we got the deluxe room. experience in the room was not very good as A C was not working. also room service was delayed. after two nights of stay they changed it to suite room, which is my regular choice. we have seen the ground floor restaurant little unfriendly. however we saw improvement in room... The hotel is accessible quite easily - bang in the middle of the shopping district at T. Nagar. Parking space appears to be a little scarce. The rooftop restaurant is pretty good for small gatherings. We were a group of 8 from work and managed to have a good time. Drinks are quite reasonably priced, for example, a serving of... More

Location is superb. 5 min walk to Pondy Bazaar, T Nagar. Nice small restaurant with superb Indian food. Try the chicken lolly pop or the briyanis. They hv a simple but appealing bar in the basement floor that hv live music on Fridays. Worth a visit!

Location of this hotel is near the market and all city amenities, like railway station etc. However, they really need to work on their room interiors and amenities. We were a group of 10 people, so booked 5 double rooms. I guess they've rented a guest house just next door, where they gave us 3 rooms. These were spacious but... More

Convenient location for activities in and around for TNagar and Pondy bazzar, Balaji temple. All are walkable distances. Front desk is cooperative and hospitality is fine. Budget hotel. Complimentary Breakfast, lunch and dinner are average. Complimentary Breakfast session Closes sharply by 10 am. Needs improvement in quality. Staff are not attentive. Hot plates are not used to keep food items... More

On my last trip to Chennai, decided to look for different place to stay from our usual haunt. Our host suggested Raj Palace in T Nagar. It is centrally located and seemed to be patronised more by business travelers. Inspite of having made a booking days ahead, by the time I reached at 6 pm, there was no vacant room.... More

We stayed in this property for 2 nights in Dec 2013. Location was very central, easliy accessible from airport, and close to major shopping and tourist areas. Rooms were decent, clean. However, some of the things promised in the booking done online were not available, e.g. Tea/ Coffee maker in the room. We had to go and ask for the... More
