I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Not only is it a beautiful place to stay with incredible attention to detail but the owners and hosts are so incredibly kind and welcoming. I found Jaipur a bit hectic so I enjoyed staying a little bit outside the city centre. The Savista was still very accessible and drivers were easily arranged.... More

I could just say "book here, it's amazing!" but if you want some more info, here you go: My girlfriend and I spent a few days at Savista after a busy family wedding and it was the perfect place to unwind. Our stay was the most special few days of our whole trip. The rooms were clean and perfectly decorated... More

We were looking for an alternative to staying in Jaipur and were so glad to have found Savista Retreat. The rooms were comfortable & spacious, the food tasty and plentiful and the peace and quiet .....wonderful. Our host were generous and attentive. Next time I'd stay for longer.

This retreat is run by a wonderful and friendly couple. We spent two nights on 30th and 31st Dec.Its located about 30-40 mins away from the very busy Jaipur City. One gets a homely feeling when staying at Savista. Everything from the accommodation and food was amazing. All their food is fresh and organic and its grown within their lands.... More

This is the second time I stayed at Savista Retreat. It is spectacular. Bhanwar and Radhika are the perfect hosts, the meals were delicious, organic, fresh and healthy. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the place for you! A refreshing slice of haven, perfect place to rejuvenate your senses. We wished we... More

It was lovely to have you back with us again. It was amazing - and heartwarming - that you not only chose the same place to stay, but also the same driver to take you around, as you did on your last trip to India four years ago! Thank you for being part of the Savista community, and for promising... More

Savista is a gem, an oasis of peace and serenity. What a treat to wake up to nothing but the the sounds of chirping birds, to have tea in a large balcony looking out at beautiful gardens, to be served healthy, organic and delicious home made meals and to have such lively conversations with our charming hosts. The people here... More

We spent four nights at Savista and loved every minute! We spent three days completing a block printing course (organised through Savista) which we couldn't recommend more, you got to see the whole process and work along side the local men and women each day. The rooms at Savista were absolutely beautiful, all meals (breakfast and dinner) were fresh and... More

Thank you for your kind review. That staying in the tranquil countryside could also appeal to the very young, came as a lovely surprise. And your delight in everything that you encountered at Savista was a real treat for us. It was a testimony that there is a niche traveller community of all ages, to whom a place like Savista... This place is spectacular. Sometimes it is hard to tell online how a place will be, and I will say, that Savista did not disappoint. I really loved the camel cart ride. Their activities seem very "authentic" and not hokey exploitative tourist traps. The food is farm to table and they have a deep tube well so you have the... More

For someone who travelled very far for a very short first visit to India, we can understand your wish to have stayed longer. That you chose to spend your single free day of your trip, at Savista, savouring the natural surroundings and learning blockprinting, probably spoke to the Californian and artist in you. For us, it was very heartwarming, and... More

I enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at Savista with a group of girlfriends during our tour of Rajastan. It is a lovely, calm, rural oasis away from the chaos and traffic of Jaipur - perfect place to recharge and enjoy a little peace. The owners are simply charming and couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. The pool and... More

Thank you for sharing your impressions of Savista. On our part, we greatly enjoyed hosting your group of girl friends. The laughter that rang through the courtyard every evening, and the warmth that you brought into your interactions with the staff, reinforced our image of New Zealanders as among the friendliest people in the world! Savista was a great experience. I was looking to get out of Mumbai, where I live, for a long weekend and go somewhere peaceful and relaxing. Savista certainly delivered on this. It is set in very pretty and quiet countryside (so long as the locals aren't celebrating a festival like when i was there, but even that was fun and... More

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you and for taking the time to post a frank review of your experience, including what the place is and what it isn't - so helpful for those exploring options and looking to read between the lines.
