Karni Niwas is like a home away from home, very comfortable feel, friendly staff and great rooms. Big beds, clean spaces, spacious rooms. Food cooked here is nice, we ate here twice. Malai kofta is good here. The check in process takes a long time, leave 15 minutes per person.

Excellent stay. 1000 rupees a night for a double bedroom with private bathroom (and an actual bath!) - hot water works well too! Best thing about it - ROOM SERVICE. We lived like rockstars. On cheese naan in bed. Lovely people who run it - my gorgeous boyfriend left his favourite and only yellow Camel Cap there and after emailing,... More

We had a great time in Jaipur and an enjoyable stay at Karni Niwas. The service was great. The brothers who run it will do anything thy can to help. We were picked up from the bus station on arrival and dropped at the train station (at 6am) on departure, both free of charge. Our double room (800 rupees), was... More

A great place to stay for a backpacker. We stayed in a huge clean room on the top floor with a private bathroom for Rs 800. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the cool evenings and watch over jaipur. Free pick up and drop off at the train/bus stations. Wifi didn't work in our rooms but we were're able... More

Your moneys worth. The rooms are huge and bathrooms are big. Very welcoming people. No rooms were not available in the ground floor and as my grand mother couldn't climb the steep stairs, they immediately offered us an alternate arrangement. Will definitely stay for subsequent visits.

We stopped by Jaipur on our way from Bundi to Delhi, and only had one day in Jaipur. I phoned the hotel from Bundi the day before we arrived to reserve a room, and my first impression was that I was amazed of how welcoming and genuinely caring the hotel man I talked to seemed. Without asking if we needed... More

Free pick up from the train station was a very nice start as it was torrential thunder storms! Having trouble with our bank card they said absolutely no worries pay at the end, room was a good size, good price and very clean, comfortable beds, fresh sheets and beddings, nice communal balconys, best wifi signal we've had in india and... This family run guesthouse is very clean and peacefull. A fifteen minute walk from the old city and bazaar area. Value for money and the hot shower is a joy! Scrumptious omellete for breakfast. Plenty of value food options in the area. No complaints whatsoever.perfect for all travellers even the budget conscious.

Stayed here twice on a lap if Rajasthan, and had a very pleasant stay. The staff are lovely, helpful and attentive. The food is decent too. They can also arrange a rickshaw for you to see the various sights of Jaipur. It may cost a little more than if you bartered on the street, and they're very open about this,... More
