Stayed in this heritage property. There is a lot of peace and calmness in the palace. You are away from the day to day hustle bustle. The guy on front office Vikas was very helpful and had all the info you need be it shopping, eating out or sight seeing. Also u can hear the peacocks and see them enjoying their... More

I like the property along with the All Staff specially Manager Mr. Vikas. Some of the improvements can be done with cleaning. Owner's of the property are very nice. Naila Pub is excellent with a Indoor pool. Very close to all areas like Bappu Bazaar and all Malls. Nice big Swimming Pool

First of all, this place is beautiful!! Very authentic and well kept. Only 9 rooms which are so comfortable and historic. The staff was amazing. Specifically the hotel manager. He was so hospitable and helpful in every way. Constantly asking if we need ANYTHING! Got a driver from the hotel to sight see which was money well spent. I am... More

Based on Trip Advisor reviews and aware that some people are just picky I thought I would give this hotel a try. I was impressed upon my arrival into the main reception area, walked through the eating area and shown our room which had to be navigated through a tight corridor. The squeaking/groaning of the wooden door should have alerted... More

I can't compare this to any other heritage hotels because this is the only one we have ever stayed in. However, I thought it was a really pretty cool place. The location was good the ambience was good and the staff was very helpful. What really made the place an amazing place to stay was the manager, Ravi. He would... More

OUR HIGHLIGHT WAS JASSY SINGH (he told us he's the only Sikh guide so everybody knows him) our tour guide/cab driver who works for the hotel. We were very specific in what we wanted to buy and had very little time, if we couldn't find what we wanted in the morning, by the afternoon he had understood what we were... More

We had stayed in budget hotels so far during our stay in India, and then came to Naila Bagh Palace which was a absolutely magical place. We are not sure, but we probably had an upgraded room, but anyway - you should not even consider this hotel, just go! Amazing rooms, the stile in the room is so run through... More

This is one of the worst 'heritage hotels' in India. Horrible service, pathetic rooms and inconvenient location. We were denied entry in their restaurant for dinner because the owner of this property was having a party there. How ridiculous is that? The rooms had broken furniture, wires hanging all over the place under a complex maze of adaptors and extension... More

I stayed at the Naila Bagh palace last week - but sad to say despite great potential to be absolutely beautiful- this is an extremely run down property. Looked deserted. The exception to this were the staff who attended to us who went out of their way to help us. The room we stayed was decorated well alright but quite... More
