OUR HIGHLIGHT WAS JASSY SINGH (he told us he's the only Sikh guide so everybody knows him) our tour guide/cab driver who works for the hotel. We were very specific in what we wanted to buy and had very little time, if we couldn't find what we wanted in the morning, by the afternoon he had understood what we were... More

We had stayed in budget hotels so far during our stay in India, and then came to Naila Bagh Palace which was a absolutely magical place. We are not sure, but we probably had an upgraded room, but anyway - you should not even consider this hotel, just go! Amazing rooms, the stile in the room is so run through... More

This is one of the worst 'heritage hotels' in India. Horrible service, pathetic rooms and inconvenient location. We were denied entry in their restaurant for dinner because the owner of this property was having a party there. How ridiculous is that? The rooms had broken furniture, wires hanging all over the place under a complex maze of adaptors and extension... More

I stayed at the Naila Bagh palace last week - but sad to say despite great potential to be absolutely beautiful- this is an extremely run down property. Looked deserted. The exception to this were the staff who attended to us who went out of their way to help us. The room we stayed was decorated well alright but quite... More

Its a great place to let your hair down and dance all night, the parties normally start around 11PM and go on till 4 am, the crowd is one of the best in Jaipur. They don't have a great variety in drinks but the food is good. Its traditional buffet laid down for hogging, after you have danced your feet... More

While this is a fascinating property, the quality of the service is very poor, particularly from the manager who failed to deliver on nearly all our requests. His behaviour was frankly disinterested. The exception were the serving staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Don't go in winter as there is inadequate heating in the rooms and... More

We stayed here for just a night on 20 Jan 2014 and were shocked by the treatment we received. Absolutely no warmth or caring shown by the staff. No sense of urgency to requests placed. Lack of empathy or seriousness shown. Place itself was rather run down despite a charming appearance. Surely, overpriced by any measure.

It is a hotel with the character. You enter to the authentical Majaraja Palace with its authentical furnitures, tapiceries, lampions and manyother decorations. When you step to this place you feel like you pass from a noisy street of modern Jaipur into in a fabulous world of the old style. Who likes such ambience will enjoy his stay there, as... More

Nice, relaxing atmosphere in this old colonial house . We had booked the Maharaja Suite, very large and confortable . The only problem was the cold : we had to ask for electrical heating because the room was like a refrigerator ! The owner and the entire staff are very cooperative . Food is good but the service in the... More
