We (4 adults and 2 kids) stayed in a Royal Suite and Maharajah Suite. The hotel upgraded us on arrival, which they also did for people arriving after us. The rooms are beautifully decorated and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place - it is a rambling property with lots of space for kids to explore. Much of the property... more
We stayed at the Naila Bagh for 3 nights in Aug. We loved it. The rooms are amazing, and the whole place oozes class. Vikram was an awesome host, and is obviously (rightly) very proud of his family home. The Palace is an Oasis of calm in a hectic and vibrant city. Particularly enjoyed the pool, and the lounge room.... more
We stayed here as part of a 'whirlwind' golden triangle tour when my husbands parents were visiting back in March. This hotel particularly stands out in my memory as it was such a welcome break from the regular 'tourist' route. It's a 'boutique' hotel dripping with history. The furnishings are authentic (very very nice) and each room has it's own unique... more
The Naila Bagh Palace has great promise, with a gorgeous sitting room and beautiful rooms. It is also well situated, close to the old city, and other shopping areas. The rooms were gorgeous and equipped with fantastic modern amenities such as LCD TVs, playstation, etc. Bathrooms were also spacious and beautifully designed. Small things that we were unhappy with: (1)... more

Arrived early in the morning well before the check-in time we had very pleasant welcome at the Palace. Our suite was not ready at that moment, but Pallavi... more
My wife and I stayed 2 nights at Naila Bagh as part of 2 weeks in Rajasthan in April 2009. Pallavi and her husband Vikram were both excellent hosts and their 150 year old house - which has been in Vikram's family since it was built - is full of character. We had the 'Maharaja' Suite which was lovely (and... more
We were put up at Naila Bagh by our tour company, Savion, after our budget hotel was over booked. We were so lucky! We were greeted by the owner and her husband and waited on hand and foot the entire time. This place is luxe! The pool, while unheated, is amazingly refreshing, the staff are always helpful, the rooms were... more
This is a heritage hotel. The furniture, paintings and other artifacts date back to the 19th century. We stayed at the Naila Bagh palace for four nights and truly enjoyed our experience there. The owners (Pallavi and Vikram) are extremely courteous and hospitable and make one feel at home. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms spotless. Our first interaction... more
