It is conveniently located and rooms are very good. Since it is little old, hence bath room fittings etc needs repair. But at the price they charge, its worth the stay. Room service is also very good. Restaurant is also good. I had my dinner here. Food is worth trying again. In nut shell good value for money

Hotel was nicely located near to railway station, merket, and bus station. Nice breakfast and two restaurents for lunch/dinner. friendly staff . value for money 3 star hotel. Next door squeeking noise was bit annoying.

I should have listened to my inner voice..when I arrived there was a party going on- lots of teenagers drinking and dancing. I asked the people at the reception when this would be over and they claimed at 11pm. They were right but the people wouldn´t stop screaming and having their private parties all night. Its a very nioce hotel with good staff. The food is again too good, specially the Paranthaas. I stayed here with my Boss from USA and he also admired their hospitality. Rooms have enough space, bathroom have all amnities.

i would say was duped by the online offer. the hotel was dirty. the staff was curt. it was projected as a high end hotel online whereas i would call it a low budget dirty hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Neelam for 2 days and it was the worst experience ever... The rooms were very uncomfortable.... Service was very bad....
