There was only one problem with this hotel and that was that it wasnt finished yet, all of the rooms were finsihed it was the downstairs complex that wasnt finished. Since my earlier experience with ITC Fortune was good, I had decided to stay in this hotel but found out the decision was not a good one. I was charged for a club room but was given a standard, staff claiming that was a club room. more

Hotel is located in a mail,and its a new property in town.The rooms are very nice.Its just like the interior and decor of the room is wow.Bed was very soft and comfortable. The food in restaurant was excellent,although limited but the choices were very huge..................... Its just excellent. more

I stayed there because it is a part of the fortune select group of hotels and I had very fond memories of another of the groups hotel at calicut. I assume that the hotel is under rennovation. But then if they are unable to provide services, they shouldn't take bookings. The house keeping was real bad. The TV set was malfunctioning, the AC was not working properly. And what about the attitude...? Even though only 5% rooms were occupied, they didn't bother to change our rooms. This hotel is currenly being renovated. We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are not very helpful. The room was neat and had a balcony. The breakfast was good and the restaurant is nice and newly renovated. The hotel is very nice but lacks good service, for that reason try another hotel. more

Wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nighs as part of Rajistan tour. Very clean spacious room with big TV and cable channels. 6 floor buiding overlooking huge building site..Tea and coffee facilities.Complimentary bottled water but reception staff tryed extort some money for water stored in fridge.Buffet breakfast and dinner but food was very nice.You can also order... more
