The hotel looked very pleasant from the outside but didn't have particularly surroundings and was quite noisy ie howling dogs at might. Decor pleasant and rooms quite nice although bathrooms a bit substandard. Restaurant food was mediocre and the bar turned out not to be a bar eg no wine or beer, which is a policy of the hotel. Reasonably... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on a vjv tour in early April 2013. It was probably a very good Hotel before the building works started... however The pool was out of action, pats of the gardens out-of0bounds, ditto the restaurant. Breakfast etc was taken in the windowless library. No bar to be seen. Various parts of the building were screened... More

This hotel was amazing in every aspect, from the staff to the food and the pool. The poolside was a lovely area to spend time in with its beautiful landscaping and manicured gardens. The rooms were plush and inviting, with dressing area and large bathrooms. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location could not be beat as we... More

This palatial estate is a beautiful oasis of green and serenity right in the middle of Jaipur. Inside its grounds are huge lawns, lovely flowers, and a delightful swimming pool. Yet it’s a two-minute walk out the back gate to a glittering modern mall which includes clothing stores, gift shops, Pizza Hut, MacDonalds, and Baskin Robbins (a famous American ice... More

We were made to stay in a room which was so cramped for space that totally belied the outward appearnce of this hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and was thouroughly disappointed by everything that we experienced at this hotel. Be it faulty shower in the bathroom or non working fan to misplacing of the room keys by Hotel reception,... More

This was one of the nicest stay i ever had. Coming to a royal city and staying in a heritage palace is one unique and memorable experience. Everything about this place was royal, huge lush green lawns, huge garden (wid ducks to give u company), gr8 pool, swanky interiors, huge bathrooms (in our case bathroom was 2/3rd of the room).... First of all I love staying in places that have character and this place has it. It's a nice place but I had a small strange feeling in my gut that it wasn't a 5 star hotel when i checked in. First of all I was confusing this hotel with "The Raj Palace Grand Heritage Hotel" with is a true... More

This was one of nice hotels we stayed in India. The room was spacious, but the soft furnishings need upgrading. This must have been quite posh and beautiful at some time. Today, it's located behind a busy shopping mall and surrounded by noisy traffic. We got woken up by some road machinery. The day we were there, a VIP from... More

This is something of a crumbling heritage palace...it has potential and some fading charm but is let down by dated rooms (decor, old tv that didn't work) terribly old and unkempt bathrooms (poor water pressure, water leaking from sides). The staff try to please and we did end up having a great driver from the hotel during our stay. Perhaps... More
