The hotel is an actual palace, still inhabited by royal descendents, with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. Staff is very friendly, the lobby has original decorations from past times, and the rooms are styled in the same fashion. The serenity and atmosphere help you to escape the hectic city centre of Jaipur. Wifi works only in the lobby,... More

This is a little hidden jem in the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel itself has so much history and beauty. The staff here are so friendly and funny. The rooms are a mix of styles. I was here on a tour and it seemed everyone had a different room. Unfortunately we were the old servants rooms. The... More

Such a beautiful and very secure place to stay. Hidden away in a very highly populated Muslim community. The wifi worked occasionally in the lobby (first world problems) but the best part was... wait for it... there is a POOL! The pool was so very refreshing! The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable and an extra bonus is, it's so... More

I kind of liked this place! We stayed here as part of a group tour. I would never have booked it myself but it was quite interesting. The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms clean the only thing is that we didn't get hot water and the wifi only worked on occasions.

This little gem was hidden away amongst all the chaos of the old city. With a beautiful building, some of the most friendly and helpful staff and a good, clean swimming pool to boot, this place was an amazing find for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our two day break here!

It was a real treat to find this hotel amidst the noise, dirt and chaos of Jaipur. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a traditional style, the manager extremely helpful and the buffet meals a treat

Loved my stay at the Palace. Yes, it's in need of a fresh paint job but aside from that, this gem offers tranquility and solace in the midst of Jaipur. I loved the ambiance. Service was also excellent. I highly recommend a stay at this charming place. Location is good, and management is friendly. A welcome ending to a very... More

Stayed here for 4 nights recently and had the most relaxing stay. Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. AC and fan both worked which was great as was 40C + outside! Staff extremely courtous and helpful. Location of the hotel is good, a couple of minutes from Chandipole Gate and a small market nearby. A pleasant walk takes... More

The pictures of the Bissau Palace on Tripadvisor suggest a well maintained palatial paradise unfortunately the reality is a run down, once grand hotel that needs a good refurbishment. Good; The palace compound is set apart from the rough surrounding area and guard by security. The Lobby maintains some of its brilliance evident from the photos. The food was fine... More

Located close to the city centre, a quaint little palace. The interiors of the dining hall, sitting area for some instrumental music and even the sit out for some chai is every bit fit for a king. me and my husband celebrated out anniversary there and enjoyed being treated like royalty. They even upgraded us on the last day to... More
