Thank you Mr Singh and Mrs Ritu for all your kindness in our pleasant stay at Pearl Palace Heritage at Jaipur. It's a pity, it was too short but staying at one of your suites with our two children, was definitely the better choice we made. The hotel, the staff and all the well-design arquitectural details made us feel in... More

I wish I can rate more than excellent for this hotel. It's a signature, boutique hotel, one of its kind. The room is extremely spacious and so is the bathroom. Exceptionally clean. The staff are outstandingly efficient, helpful and friendly. The owner, Mr Singh, is also very friendly, helpful and generous. He gave me a huge discount without me asking... More

We will join the chorus...we had the best time at Pearl Palace! Friends from Jaipur recommended it, and we were so happy to get a room there. Initially, our booking feel through (we called and made a reservation, they asked us to call again and confirm, and they didn't have a record of our booking when we called again), but... More

Firstly, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the hotel for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Both Manohar and Narendar on the reception desk were helpful, knowledgable and highly professional. They even organised sandwiches for us to take on our long train journey to Udaipur which was beyond our expectations. The hotel was extremely comfortable, the... More

Just incredible. If you stay in one hotel in India make it this one. The rooms are all incredible and the staff are beyond helpful. The restaurant in their sister hotel is close and very good. The best hotel in Jaipur.

We stayed in 2 of their rooms: Indus and Neelambar. Neelambar was beautiful, Indus slightly disappointing. However that's where the hotel ends - at a pretty room. It has no restaurant, no parking, no complimentary breakfast and no garden or balcony. Heritage feel of the room may be a bit more attractive to foreign tourists but for Indian visitors, its... More

By far we had the worst experience of our life. But in order to give a clear picture I shall tell you the whole story. The place is really amazing and in a very quiet area. The welcome of the staff was great and the free pickup at the train station very comfortable. We booked the suite called Viceroy, which... More

Ignore anyone who speaks badly of this hotel...they are probably stuck up. This was literally the most beautiful hotel I've stumbled upon, what a gold dime. The staff the rooms!!! The decor is mind blowing. They are also making a new floor and we got a sneak preview, I want to go back just to stay in the new themed... More
