dumbfounded by these great reviews! The hotel is not finished. There is no restaurant or cafe. No outside space even to sit. After eating at the beautiful sister hotel the Pearl Palace, it made us dislike the heritage even more! The hotel is cold and sterile. We also weren't awhere that there was no restaurant until after we had checked... More

Lovely safe hotel in central Jaipur where each room is themed and part of the hotel was featured in a famous film. It has the feel of staying in an old Indian palace and is within a 20 minute drive of the major tourist areas. The rooms are all individually styled and both rooms our group stayed in were huge... I have asked them to book two suites for two days but for the first day only deluxe room were available and second day we were transferred to suites. they were so transparent that they made everything clear... I just spent 3 nights in this glorious hotel -- in the Nilamber Room -- and I ave to say it was one of the best hotel stays ever. The hotel is done in period decor, and they've done an amazing job. I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel room. Check out the pics on the... More

Amazing hotel, great value for money. Bedrooms are charming and bigs, clean and nice staff. They also provide transport to other hotel for dinner with is also really good. The only issue is that is a bit noisy because trains are really close to the hotel

We are two friends and stayed there for 2 nights in March 2015. A great place to stay. The rooms are simply beautiful, the staff is excellent, especially Narender at the reception, breakfast very good. The wifi was the best we had in India as well. No complaints at all

Awesome theme rooms, luxurious balconies, very helpful staff-- a little jewel box in Jaipur! You will need to take a tuktuk about 10 mins into town. Quiet residential neighborhood. The Pearl Palace (another hotel under the same ownership) is just down the street and boasts a funky rooftop restaurant with very tasty and reasonably priced food.

From the moment we arrived, the staff looked out for us, whether it was making sure our room was just how we wanted it, that we knew how to get from place to place, or just that we were having a great stay in Jaipur. The room itself was a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city and... More

Each room is so unique and beautiful! Free wi-fi included. The upstairs/rooftop restaurant was great for breakfast. One of our greatest regrets of our trip was to stay longer in Jaipur and appreciate the rooftop at night here. A++!

My family and I chose to stay at Pearl Palace Heritage for 5 nights during the last week of February 2015. Having made the enquiry and reservation from Australia, I can say that the hotel staff were a pleasure to liaise with. We were impressed with the hospitality, ambience and promptness of all the staff. The room (the Viceroy Suite)... More
