The biggest reason I would recommend Laxmi Palace is for the great food they served when we visited in June 2014. Location is good - not far from the railway station. Slightly away from the main road due to which it is peaceful & quiet.

A lovely hotel tucked away from the main, hectic road. Very quiet and very friendly. So convenient to sightseeing the old city. Bus station is 5 minutes away but you don't hear a sound and the train station close too. They were in contact whilst we we're on the train, which was delayed by 4 hours and a courtesy car... More

I booked in with the hotel direct for a ten day stay. Booking was simple, with email confirmation from the staff, who also arranged an airport taxi for me, which was most helpful when I arrived. The hotel is well located, in a quieter street, allowing a better possibility of a good night's sleep. It was clean, well presented, and... More

The hotel is located close to the railway station(40rs by auto,no more). U can hire a one day sight seeing travel for Rs 1400 at the hotel itself which is convenient and a must because tge auto drivers are not trustworthy. Staff of the hotel is very respectful. Clean and neat hotel, our two day stay in laxmi palace has... More

The hotel was a decent budget hotel. The staff was nice & pleasant but could have been more tourist friendly rather than being more inclined towards making quick money from tourists by providing correct information .

The word palace gets your imaginations rolling but don't expect a truly royale welcome or you'll be disappointed. The hotel is situated amidst the Sindhi camp in the Bani Parak area of old Jaipur, but the place is very discreet as it was very difficult to figure out the area where the hotel is located, there are no sign board... Stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, don't go by the dictionary meaning of the words "Palace", "Super Deluxe" room etc. Because here in this case of this place, it is not. The exterior may look like a heritage palace, but the interiors are just bland, or at least the super deluxe room that I stayed is. Check in... More

The small hotel is trying to achieve a cross between resort and heritage hotel and I would say a good try. We booked a quad suite for 4 of us and the room was real big, nicely decorated, warm and cozy. Wifi and breakfast is included and they were pretty nice. We ended up finding a waiter from my wife's...
