This hotel will just do what you need for a short stay. Biggest plus points are..... Walkable from world trade centre 2km from Marine drive and Gateway of India Good looking lobby and renovated rooms Then negative aspects...... Bit far from airport Restaurant is small Food quality is just okay Waiters at restaurant are untrained but sincere... Overall I like... More

After looking at several rooms we decided not to check in at all. The hotel stinks mold, are dirty, unkept, smelly sheets, dusty and the staff very rude and came with racist comments. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Close, refurbish and replace incompetent management immediately.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a dragoman tour. We were in room 110 which was small and basic, with two beds, a TV and a cupboard/desk. It was fairly clean though. Other rooms used by the group looked a little better. The bathroom was ok and actually there was good water pressure and some hot water which... More

1) Rooms had not been cleaned before my arrival at around 3pm and dustbins not yet emptied 2) The rooms were very dirty and filthy, even though the reception service claimed they were refurbished. Please refer to actual pictures of rooms, corridor and "restaurant" area 3) No hot water - just very mild warm water for showering and having to... More

It brings me great displeasure to have to write such a terrible review about a hotel but this hotel really needs to improve. I stayed here as part of a small tour group for 2 nights and unfortunately this was the worst hotel we experienced during our India trip. The lobby looks nice but thats where it ends. Our room... We stayed as part of a tour group and our room was particularly large with an ample bathroom (though others in the party were not). I was a little concerned with the stained carpets in the hallways and the poor wi-fi did let it down somewhat for me. In addition the breakfast area was too far small for the number... More

Clean and presentable hotel. Good customer service and easy 20 minute walk to Taj Palace hotel and Leopold's cafe and Fishing harbour just a short walk away. Air conditioning in room worked well. Clean bedding and towels. Bathroom a bit small but we did have hot water in the shower. Restaurant food good.

We were booked in for 3 nights with a tour group. 6 of us checked out first thing the following morning! Midnight we asked to move rooms because of so much noise from other guests. They moved us to another room that had no hot water. Rooms were poorly cleaned hotel was very dirty and smelled, reception staff very rude.... More

Dear Sir, Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. But it will be great if you may mention the actual issues and not remove your frustration on your feedback. As we know how and what rooms we have given and would be great if correct situation can be put up. Thanks. More

I checked in in this Hotel on 04.10.2015 for one day, simply because it is located in South Bombay. Though check in was not so bad, every other aspect of the Hotel Stay is far below average. Rooms are of extremely small sizes. The Room allotted to me exuded unbearable pesticide odour. Air Conditioner did not work whole the night,... More
