I spent 1 night there. The room was spacious with a bathroom attached. We had warm water. There were some bugs in the bathroom and in the room, on the mirror. The staff brought us towels and toilet paper. The hotel is big but some of the stuff were sleeping outside, on concrete with no sleeping sets. We paid a... More

Pros: Cheap Very near to CST. Room availability. Cons : Not so clean. (Rather I should say, not clean at all) Small rooms. Poor management. Poor reception. No travel desk. Very old furniture. You are in low budget and desperately need a room near to station....This is the only situation to go for Hotel Sea Lord.

The hotel staff on reception can be quite rude and abrupt to their customers so when we arrived at wasn't the most welcoming. However we stayed for two nights and were pretty jet lagged so stayed inthe room most of the time. The rooms were clean and TV was working. We order room service several times and again communication was... More

This hotel is located just 50 yards from CSTM backside gate (platform 18). As it is in the back side there are no restaurants nearby so you are bound to dine in the hotel which (food quality)is practically bellow average. The management is not very active and welcoming forget about room service. We have booked two rooms & like every... More

Not worth to stay. Rude staff, no coordination between staff. Owner are nice and humble. Few Staff is worst. Hope they renovate and makes better well mannered and well behaved staff. High priced. Service is worst. Waste of money. Don't stay here. better hotels are very near like Manama.

The staff was wonderful to me fixing me a flat rate at a great looking and comfortable room. The thing I like the best, was the balcony and the bathroom separated from the room. The elevator can be annoying though. It has, like many hotels in India, a restaurant of its own. Great to meet people and to have people... More

The title pretty much sums it up. I had visited Mumbai during June, and IT WAS HOT. The room as such was really good, the location of the hotel too. The price was very reasonable and there are ample number of places to visit nearby. The food joints close to the hotel serve some really good food, I never tried... More
