The taxi drivers recommend me and my group to stay here but it was the worst recommendation. The room was dirty. The bed have dust. And there is cockroaches everywhere (alive & dead). Don't stay here even they said it was cheap. Definitely a liar.

I have spent 6 weeks in India & this is the worst place I stayed. The bed sheets were stained, aircon old & noisy, hotel in poor state of maintenance. Wifi not working, & GSM signal very poor as walls thick, so cant even use mobile data. I moved out after my first night, went up the road nearer Victoria... More

Dirty, unwelcoming, rusty. Pillows were extremely dirty. There was a bad odour in the bathrooms. No hot water one of the nights. Service was terrible. Wifi did not work properly. What more to say that I would NOT recommend this hotel at any cost.

This hotel is Ok if you want to stay for very short duration due to its location, very near to CST/Marine drive and Crawford market. However I stayed at executive studio and I found the room was too small and that too didn't have a window. In fact I am not sure how many of the rooms have a window here,... More

Very helpful and friendly staff when I stayed here either end of a two week trip to India. My room was small...but I booked a single so was not expecting anything palatial. There was enough room for me and my luggage and the bed was perfectly comfortable. More importantly, the air-con worked well and the bathroom was lovely and clean.... More

The hotel is only 05 mins walking distance from CSTM, Mumbai. It is a budget hotel but nice ambience. Rooms are cozy but clean. Pocket friendly and in heart of Fort, Mumbai. Do not have any high expectancy on the services. There is no in house restaurant. For breakfast [included] you need to visit near by restaurant in particular. But... More

The rooms were cramped, bedsheets had stains. The television was not working and the so called wi-fi was non existent. God forbid, if there is a fire, it will turn into a house of death. Will never set foot in it. The only plus point is it is located near CST station. Breakfast was yuck!!! Strongly recommended to stay away... More

I was in Mumbai for the Mumbai marathon with my family and wanted a hotel near CST. I selected the deluxe with AC. The room was small with just enough place to walk around the bed. It's an old hotel and doesn't look great from outside. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. The pros: 1. Near to... More

Pictures don't reveal the truth. Not a good hotel. A filthy room was shown even after online booking. I had to pay Rs. 500 extra per day to be upgraded. The location is convenient to discover heart of mumbai but opt for a better property in this location.

I stayed at the New Bengal Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is absolutely crap. The rooms are dirty, and nasty. The location is ok. Close to the Gate of India, Victoria Station and Crawford Markt. Do not stay here. It´s really a bad choice!
