It was a wonderful experience at your hotel. The stay from 04 Dec to 07 Dec has been really good. The behavior of each and every staff is appreciable. I do not remember everyone's name, but Mr. Koshal Soni was really helpful and polite. Rest of the hotel staffs were also very attentive. When we visit a new place, the... More

We made the great mistake of booking this hotel and paying in advance for four nights. Watching the pictures on the web page, we could never imagine how nasty the hotel really was. We left for another hotel very early in the morning and when we asked for our money back, we were promised to have it back in our... More

This place is pretty over priced, but Mumbai is expensive and this was the only decent place we could find, we went around a few different places in Mumbai but they were smelly, had dead mice at the bottom of the stairs or full. For £23 we got a double room and it was small but clean, and needed a... More

The property is old, but its nicely maintained. Reception is nice, reception staff are also pleasing and friendly. Rooms were good, nicely furnished & clean. Size is small but good for couples. Location is very good, any means of transport is available easily. staff are really helpful to show the directions. There's a huge market next to the hotel. you... More

The taxi drivers recommend me and my group to stay here but it was the worst recommendation. The room was dirty. The bed have dust. And there is cockroaches everywhere (alive & dead). Don't stay here even they said it was cheap. Definitely a liar.

I have spent 6 weeks in India & this is the worst place I stayed. The bed sheets were stained, aircon old & noisy, hotel in poor state of maintenance. Wifi not working, & GSM signal very poor as walls thick, so cant even use mobile data. I moved out after my first night, went up the road nearer Victoria... More

Dirty, unwelcoming, rusty. Pillows were extremely dirty. There was a bad odour in the bathrooms. No hot water one of the nights. Service was terrible. Wifi did not work properly. What more to say that I would NOT recommend this hotel at any cost.

This hotel is Ok if you want to stay for very short duration due to its location, very near to CST/Marine drive and Crawford market. However I stayed at executive studio and I found the room was too small and that too didn't have a window. In fact I am not sure how many of the rooms have a window here,... More

Very helpful and friendly staff when I stayed here either end of a two week trip to India. My room was small...but I booked a single so was not expecting anything palatial. There was enough room for me and my luggage and the bed was perfectly comfortable. More importantly, the air-con worked well and the bathroom was lovely and clean.... More

The hotel is only 05 mins walking distance from CSTM, Mumbai. It is a budget hotel but nice ambience. Rooms are cozy but clean. Pocket friendly and in heart of Fort, Mumbai. Do not have any high expectancy on the services. There is no in house restaurant. For breakfast [included] you need to visit near by restaurant in particular. But... More
