We were a newly married couple on transit for one night. They charged us 5 grand for a dingy room. The double bed was the size of a single bed. The pillows were horrible. The blanket was small. There was a window Ac fitted with no controls. The bathroom was the size of a telephone booth with no hot water... More

it was beyond pathetic. some strange man picked us up from the airport. we were told that it was 4 star hotel but it turned out to be not even one class. they charged 7000 for one dingy room. there was an ac at the foot of the wall which nicely cooled your feet in the hot humid weather. the... A 7000Rs room for two (no normal room available, only deluxe, that day, and we had no possibility to change hotel). Hot water (only) available (just imagine how you feel after a 12 hours travel by plane, and put your feet under burning water !!!). Color of water was brown-blue. But this was probably a problem that has been fixed... More

After Goa, we landed in Mumbai for a day to attend a function and just drive around the city. We wanted a hotel close to the airport and this hotel showed up. It is a no frills hotel with neat and comfortable rooms. Room service and Staff are good got all the stuff we ordered promptly. Since we had a... More

Location: very good for business travellers (near airport). Rooms: spacious, clean, very good lighting. But you are clearly paying (slightly over paying) for this only!! Sevices: poor staff attitude (especially the lady at reception), restaurant calls you up every half an hour for the complimentary breakfast...really irksome. Food is BAD and very pricey, even the breakfast.

The rooms facility is very basic, I can call it bad. Awefully noisy, I stayed the night, couldn't even want to go back to the room again, because it drives me mad. And the staff attitude is pathetic. Overly priced. This is the worst choice. Will never recommend anyone to stay.

Very small rooms that too overly priced. Food is good but again too costly as per standards... nearby to airports is the only plus point... If you are there for a work and meetings, the plan accordingly because all adjoining roads are either under construction or metro work is going on... so it attract heavy traffic in Andheri... If there... More

Landed in Mumbai at 1 am from Kuala Lumpur. Had important meeting the very next day. So needed some decent accommodation overnight. I was trapped by hotel agent outside the airport, he claimed the hotel was three star. having no other option, I opted for this so called three star hotel. The hotel picked us up from the airport by... More
