The Hotel is centrally located close to Link Road. Room was functional and clean with basic necessities. Ambiance was okay. Local transport was also easily available. Staff speaks English and well mannered.

The hotel boasts FREE wifi however its only on ONE device so if you are travelling with friends you have to pay 500 rupee ($10) per person so everyone has 24 hour access and even then we kept having to go downstairs to get a new password because it kept coming in and out, the staff were not accommodating. It bit difficult to locate this hotel as the sign is not seen outside anywhere. Google Maps gets you there accurately. Check-in exp was smooth. My room was first floor. It was a nice small room with all the essentials. Thank you for the complimentary wifi with amazing speed. The bed however needs a good mattress and the edges can... More

The rooms were average. The bed was comfortable but the linen a bit unclean. They have the most discourteous and disrespectful staff who probably haven't been given any training of how to behave with customers. Every facility that's complimentary is handed out like a big favor. I called up the hotel before leaving for Mumbai to ask if they provide... More

Frequent traveller to Mumbai and guest of this hotel with my family. However on this trip in April 2015, it was the most terrible and unpleasant experience. On the 2nd day of our stay, while my mother and I were out of the hotel, the lock of our personal suitcase was tampered with (appeared someone tried to forcefully open it,... More

If you are a foreigner visiting India you are doubtless looking for a balance between comfort, experience and price. Metro Palace hotel in Bandra is a fair choice then meeting the generality of the list although for anyone new to India, the Hotel Metro Palace is a bit of a struggle. For the seasoned Indian traveller it delivers a good... More

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Despite being a solo traveller, I was given a twin bed room (a double bed would have been nice!). The breakfast was better than average -- the open terrace restaurant was a nice concept. This is right above a KFC and there's a mini-mall (Marks & Spencer) across the street so... More

Centrally located in the heart of Bandra on the busy Hill road. Plenty of good shopping options nearby, affords a value for money proposition.Decent food options though there are plenty of options in the vicinity. Great if you are looking to stay in the busy suburb of Bandra
