Stayed there for the 2nd time during my Mumbai visit. The rooms are dimly lit with wood themed furniture, a bit depressing really. AC and fan are standard as I´v understood by the staff, so no chance of over heating in the room. Bathroom was descent, there too they followed the brown colored theme. The room was nothing special though... More

Stayed here (for the 3rd time in 5 years) last week for two nights with my daughter. Very nice hotel, comfortable room, very good service. Room service menu is excellent value for money, portions large & orders arrive promptly. Did not opt for 'with b'fast" as we wanted to go out & taste the food in restaurants around. Besides very... I stayed for 1 night . Manager had not received booking details from cleratrip and was not ready to give room , Inspite of forwarding mail of coupon I received from cleartrip . Wasted 20 minutes at 11 pm , where I was feeling sleepy and wanted room immediately . Breakfast quality is poor . Staff are arrogant , don't... More

only highlight of this hotel is the location. rooms and service both need improvement. not a good option for business travellers. better to stay in 4 star category hotels in this area. not far from the airport so that is why I chose this hotel.

As two white British girls traveling in Mumbai the area is quite overwhelming and very Muslim in dress code. Hotel was clean and location from airport and beach (not so much a beach) was not too long. Staff friendly. Locals recommended not to eat anywhere apart from KFC and noise from traffic in room required ear plugs or a hearing... More

sometimes the term hotel is loosely used and this hotel metro palace is the perfect example of it, locatd in bandra on hill road ( decent location if you want to street shop)The room service was bad. The rooms were not clean, they were dark, it looked very shady and to be honest it looked like a motel where you... More

This is the second time we visited Metro Palace! Very Central to the whole of Mumbai with a wonderful area to walk around at night for shopping and eating out. For the money we paid, the hotel was great and the staff as always most helpful to all our needs.

Was on a short business trip to Mumbai and needed to be around the Bandra area. Had to settle for this because other hotels had no vacancies. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room service was bad. The rooms were not clean, they were dark, there were mosquitoes (they had provided a mosquito repellant!) and... More

Before you go any further - this review is going to be biased. I hate hotels that give me rooms without windows, and after that, even if they treat me like a princess, it won't make me like them, sorry. I mean, why would you build a hotel with windowless rooms, unless you were a heartless, mindless monster? I checked... More
