I think it is one of the best places in Mumbai which is quite calm and serene. The resort is big with all the facilities. The rooms are quite spacious with all the amenities. The drawback is its connectivity as it is far from main market but ideal for people craving for aloofness. The food is ok with limited spread.... More

I real a great deal for its price in an expensive city like Mumbai, Located on a hilltop, its expansive (not expensive), large property located in lush green locales. Though slightly off route yet once one moves in, there would be no cause of regret. Good food. Reasonably prices. I simply loved it.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel in February, 2010 on our way to Singapore and February 2011on our way to Dubai. The Hotel provides complementary airport pickup and drop service. The property is located in Goregaon surrounded by hills giving a great view. The rooms were elegant. We were well received at the Reception. We had complementary Breakfast and... More

A splendid property from a distance and even upto entrance lobby. However, you can start experiencing poor services and mismanagement from there itself. Neither check in is smooth, nor the way to escalators are marked. Carpets have distinct stink, as not seen the sunlight since ages, a very unhygienic feeling. Rooms are big and lavish, but no maintenance, absolutely no... More

I used to love staying at the Palms for two - three weeks ; twice a year because of the location. Away from the mad city rush and the view. But it is time to reconsider. Staff turn around is horrific. All the brilliant staff have left. Serious management problems. The food used to be excellent but has gone totally... More

When you are heading from Pune to London and not very glad about flight cancellation....get to land in this beautiful property all away from the hustle and scorching heat of the city is bliss! was extremely satisfied with the hotel lobby, amazing job by the bellboy/doorperson who alone took all our luggage to the rooms split wide away from the... This place is more like a remote - forgotten resort. Not easily accessable and we have go through a very long and dirty road through Aaray Colony. Check in was smooth, room is reasonably good. Food is too expensive and room service pathetic. A decent meal could cost you anything between Rs.2000 upwards. Cabs & Autos refuse to go this... More

I had the most terrible hotel experiences of my life this January 12. Starting with finding the hotel..no lights..pitch dark and to top it all was under renovation. Poorly trained staff and personnel. Horrible food and the entire area where the hotel is situated smells bad because of the nearby milk farm drainage system. Poorly furnished. I found just one... It's a horrible expeirence staying there for 5 days. 1. when I checked in they brought me to a room with people inside. 2. the hotel is old like 50 years ago, messy everwhere. 3. for two days they shut down the electricy from 14:00-18:00. 4. Need to call IT several times a day every time you turn on your... More
