Agressive and rude staff... This hotel feels like an insane asylum, The only charming part of the hotel was the street outside. The management want paid in advance. Great location off main causeway in colaba and just round the corner from the gateway to india and taj towers, but we both woke up in the middle of the night sweltering hot and covered in nasty red, itchy bites....highly unpleasant! more

Maybe some time ago this was a good place, but while we had too little time to look around, I cannot believe Bentleys still lies on the value for money curve today. The hotel is clean and the room we had was very spacious compared to other hotels in India. It is overpriced but that is only because everything in Mumbai is overpriced!! We had a queen size bed that wasnt 2 single beds pushed together which was a first for our travels - but it is a typical paper thin indian... more
