i stayed here before once, but while booking this time i didn't realized its the same one. The services have further gone down since my last visit. The hotel per say is okay, nice rooms, spacious, bathrooms spacious, sleep quality good. Food is good untill you order chinese ( terrible chinese chef). The worst part is the location and surroundings... More

Was happy with the service. Rooms are clean too. But the hotel is in a very dirty area. Cant open the windows because of the mosquitoes and the balcony was very dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Used the free airport transfer but he driver at the airport demanded for money and when called the hotel they said you better pay ;)

The rooms are tiny but was clean and tidy. Facilities like AC, wi fi etc were excellent. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The quality of food in the restaurant was quite good. The small size of the room and table do not make it comfortable to work in but is excellent if you are in transit. Actually it... More

I stayed at the Royal Park Mumbai for one night. Nice clean rooms and decent service. Reasonably priced business hotel. A little out of the way if your business is in south Mumbai. Courteous room service. Will recommend for any business visitor to Mumbai on a budget. Thanks my friend Manoj Khanna for suggestion.

I stayed in Hotel Royal Park for 3 days on a business trip and found the hotel to be reasonably priced as per Mumbai standards . The rooms are well maintained and reception staff is well mannered. Filled with mosquitoes. Had to ask them for a refill for empty mortein machine that was found plugged in the room. Breakfast buffet is limited menu and pathetic taste. There is no AC control in the room. It is prefixed to a specific temperature which is too cold. When asked to reduce the temperature, house keeping advised to switch off... More
