As a woman travelling alone I felt safe here but the rooms are old, amenites and facilties are quite antiquated for the price I paid. Noisy and poorly furnished. Location was okay- walkable to Marine Drive and Churchgate.

I have been staying in West End now for more than 25 years. As usual, I find the hotel most convenient, clean with friendly and helpful staff. when in Mumbai I never look for any other options even when I on a holiday with my family.

I have stayed there 2 nights with friends,rooms are spacious,neat with normal decoration, breakfast not enclouded and very expensive. location is good for whom that have patient in Mumbai Hospital , or whom need to be near to train station.

We booked an A/C suite for our family of four. The suite was very basic with a large lounge area and large bedroom with two double beds. As with many other hotels in India, cleanliness could have been better. However for a i night stop over in Mumbai, it was OK. The restaurant is OK, if a little overpriced.
