I stayed at the VITS in Mumbai for 5 nights, a mixture of both business and pleasure. A few things really stood out:- a) The entrance (outside) to the hotel can be quite deceptive (in a bad way) b) Once you entire the hotel, you breathe a sign of relief considering the entrance to the hotel. c) Check in was... more

We were in the hotel for one night. it was a comfortable experience. The hotel is at a short distance from the airport. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a-la-carte food in the restuarant which was excellent. They also have a pastries section in the hotel which was also excellent and they also give a 50 percent discount after... more

I do have mixed reviews about this place but if I was in Mumbai I would stay somewhere else. The rooms are okay if you do not look down at the dirty carpet, the bed is good and is made up every day. That is probably where the comfort stops. They have this weird set up with the pool area... more

This hotel was the worst we stayed in during our time in India. The lobby looks clean, modern and inviting but that is where it ends i'm afraid! The first room we were shown to had an odd smell to it, and on closer inspection it became clear that the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous occupants.... more

This is a good option near the airport in the 3-star category. The rooms are comfortable. spacious and well-designed and the staff are professional and all speak fluent English (not always the case with service staff at many Indian hotels). The basic maintenance is good, although it is a bit scruffy around the edges and little repairs that would be... more

The Hotel Location and Premises was very good indeed. Since I was on a very short business trip (just one night), I cannot comment much on the service that they provided as I was out most of the time. But the room was very clean and well maintained. The quality of the hotel looked good. The also have some excellent... more

The thing is.... we stayed here solely because of it's location (around 10minutes, traffic dependant) from the international airport... and after spending 4 weeks in India the overwhelming memory I have of this place is how expensive it was compared to the rest of Mumbai, India, indeed Europe. 200 rps an HOUR (nearly £3) for internet connection if you have... more

The VITS is a good hotel near the Mumbai international airport for business travellers like me with a more modest expense account too low for the typical N.American chains. I had no issues with the food - Good Indian fare, but I always seem to have issues connecting with their wireless internet service. more
