I was there for one day.. Agent made the reservation and sales staff were really rude and they dont know how to treat to their customers. Yes Mumbai is pricey. We chose Fariyas based on the reviews on this website. Positives: cleaning staff, door staff, hotel car option, location, room was tidy & clean for Indian standards.
