The hotel staff seem to follow the motto: SERVICE WITH NO SMILE. This is true for the entire staff from the bell boy to cashier to receptionist to the restaurant waiters. Excellent value for money,specially for corporate account guests. Food at the roof top restaurant is TOO GOOD to be described in words.AND the ambience, the price & service- NO DOUBT THAT PART OF MUMBAI THRONGS THE PLACE. Rooms,though small, are done up nicely. We had a conferance at this hotel. It has a very good conferance hall. all facilities are there to cater your needs. Staffs are well educated & always ready to help cuistomers. Food quality is also excellent more
The hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel but that is a bit overrated. You will be disappointed if you expect anything more than the lower end of a standard 3-star business hotel. They have a rooftop swimming pool and a gym and claim to have a business center (one pc in the lobby), but they don't meet the standards... more
Here's goes! My first trip to Mumbai, arrived at 4 in the morning to find hanger's on from the basement club lingering outside the reception doors. Very intimidating. recently I have stayed in this hotel and it is a very good value for money hotel with very good location hardly 5 minutes walking distance from beach. The best part of the hotel is the food served in their rooftop restaurant. more
Hotel Service: Poor! This Hotel not suitable for International clients. I booked this Hotel in Europe thru a travel agency and paid my bill fully way before I reached the Hotel after midnight (normal European flight time).
