dirty rooms, filthy sorroundings, bad tasting food; staff was very decent though. In some rooms you cant even get a connection on your mobile to make a call. Very bad hotel. I had complimentary buffet breakfast and that was the worst tasting breakfast that i even had. Even the dishes had a faded dirty look and yellow stains from usage

Good Hotel. I was in a suite which was excellent with all modern amenities. Locationwise that was in a very good location. You can ssee Powai lake from your room. Though the hotel was going through some renovation work but they maintained it very well. Food was excellent. Room service was good.
