This hotel reasonable location, nice staff and good food are not enough to distract one from the very poor condition of the hotel. Rooms are literally, falling apart and very uncomfortable. I would recomment another hotel if for a stay longer than 3 days.

Hotel Regency in Mumbai is a decent enough hotel to stay for 1 day. i Had to stay for one night in Mumbai and the booking was also last minute, however regency people did manage to book 1 room for me. the room was quite spacious and also the wash rooms were well equiped.
