This hotel was recommended by the lonely planet and although we usually try and avoid their choices, I can see why they recommended this one. We did not expect the level of service we received for such a cheap price. We even got a goodie bag full of mini toiletries on our arrival! The hotel was in the prime position... More

Funky place with its own kitschy charm. Great bonus is that there are no carpets. The place is very clean for this level of hotel. The restaurant is good, and the hotel is well-situated. We recommend this place. Don't take a car from the travel agent, Heritage Tours, that is recommended by the hotel. We had to travel on to... More

First thing the comes to my mind is this hotel is filled with information. Everywhere you will find some information on do's/don't dos. Menu card provided in room is a 10 page book in itself. Every switch has a sticker mentioning fans/read/read lamp/charging point. The most funny part is in mirror you will see sticker "Am I smart". Jokes apart.... More

Parklane is enjoyably quirky.... From the large rooms, which are all located off a tiny circular central atrium to the popular ( and reasonable) cafe/bar to the Weldome Pack of toiletries you get on arrival, Parklane has memorable character in abundance. Walking distance to everywhere, except maybe the Railway Station. I would have given it 4 stars, but for the... More

This is a nice hotel to stay in when visiting Mysore, it's in a great location, only 5 to 10 minute walk from the palace. The restaurant food was good. The hotel and rooms a very clean, and there is a pool which looked good on the top floor. We also went up to the very top of the hotel... More

Only hotel I've stayed in where my room contained a sign saying keep veranda door closed so that monkeys don't enter your room. We learned one morning that the sign wasn't a joke as a monkey had one foot in our room when we shooed him away. The staff was helpful. Good location near Mysore Palace. I suspect the owner... More

A hotel you should try once ,The first thing you will notice is the gents/ladies kit you receive while check in, second thing i noticed was the mobile charging station available in the rooms, Eco friendly concept, Theme based restaurant. Food was good and the rate was ok.. Staff was friendly , Location was also good.

Booked this hotel by reading tripadvisor review and not disappointed. Locationwise the hotel is in central place, just walking distance from famous Mysore Palace. The hotel has unique circular design and all rooms around it. Rooms are quite roomy, bathrooms clean, the towels provided look bit old and off-white but are clean. There are lots of signs posted everywhere and... More

Hotel is located at walking distance to the main shopping areas . Took 2 luxury rooms, which were comfortable with decent size and amenities, minus any views. Staff at reception work mechanically, no smile, no extra information provided. Complimentary kit is a good gesture. However, complimentary bottled water is provided only for 1st day. Surprising..that !! That means, no value... More

We had deluxe rooms, they were beautiful- bath tubs, great a/c, tv, curtain to pull across the sleeping area and chairs to sit on the balcony. There is a lovely rooftop pool which is hidden from eyes of other hotels. The restaurant is great, delicious food (local, Chinese and continental) and good service. On arrival we got complimentary 'kits' with... More
