we found this hotel by asking a rickshaw (tuk-tuk) driver! we didn't have any place booked and the city was very busy. The guy took us there after we told him what we wanted as comfort, so he wouldn't take us to a local dump. The Chandra Palace is not a "palace" but it was very nice, clean, A/C, friendly... more
