We went here in April 2014. The hotel is clean and cordial in its services. Very good layout of rooms and best value for money. The most distinct difference between this and others is its cordial behavior of staff and reception. Food is good and buffet spread is quite splendid. We are just missing the peace and calm we felt... More

I stayed here in June last week on my honeymoon and the stay was simply superb and fantastic. We had the deluxe rooms reserved for us and it was beautiful with superb view from the room. The food is excellent and the staff is so very helpful to make your stay comfortable. The location is very very good in not... More

Dear All Tourists My title deliberately mentioned with "PUN" as you will find this place much far from Lift Shimala Mall road not only that if you have escaped from your home discipline you will find the one waiting for you like boarding school or a Gurukul, every thing is available at a specified time and you have to plan... Staff is not co operative...they are not loyal to job. When we spoke on phone with owner - replied loudly and shows no respect to the customer. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures they present. The place was so bad that the Indian park benches would have been a better option.

The hotel is faraway from the Simla town but none the less an ideal holidaying retreat. It provides romantic scenic beauty for the dwellers. The rooms are simple spacious clean & tidy. It provides the basic amenities to the travelers. The front desk reception is warm & cordial ,the house keeping services are fair enough. Mr Krishnakant is a warm &... More

Its the most abominable resort I have ever stayed at. Nothing as shown in pictures. Badly maintained and a joke when it comes to luxury. A small cake of lux and satchets of sunsilk shampoo for toiletries. Bad spread for breakfast. And in the middle of nowhere. Interior or exterior.. This place sucks big time!

A beautiful and wonderful stay last week in Shimla at Whistling Pines Resort. The hotel has very warm and welcoming staff and the room was good and spacious. Bathroom was clean and so were the linen. The food is very very good and you must try the butter chicken and the Tandoori chicken here. For vegetarians Dal Makhani is the... More

We were staying at this property last weekend and had one of the worst experience ever. The rooms were unclean, the quilts provided stinked, unclean bathrooms, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, rude staff (the receptionist), food was pathetic, room service was very slow, phones did not work, very limited breakfast buffet options. These guys did everything to ruin our... More

Dear Mam Thank you for writing the review. Let me start by saying that your room was booked for Rs 3500/- a night and not Rs 5000/-. Your husband was caught trespassing into the restricted areas of the hotel and when interrogated regarding the reason he started blaming the hotel and finding faults. Of all the 8 rooms in your...
