Stayed at the Metro for 4-days during a recent business trip to India. This is the old Nikko hotel and retains much of the same feel and amenities. The rooms are well dissapointing. Baths are western and uncomfortable. I was there on business and was very disappointed with the way the handle in-room internet access. I was very disappointed in... More

The room I stayed for my first night was incredibly dirty. Was smelling urine heavily. Though bellboy sprayed on perfume all around the room (yes he did :-) I could not sleep and asked them to change my room. New room Was a little bit better, but still very dirty with stained sheets. But the worst Was about room service.... More

I want to thank the GM, Sajid for going out of his way to ensure that my stay in New Delhi was secure and comfortable. The hotel is situated very close to the Karol Bagh metro station. The hotel staff were very friendly and always went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and secure. As... More

I had a comfortable stay at the Metro Continental Hotel from March 2-9, 2013. The room that I initially had did not have any ventilation which was changed by the staff and I had a room with much better ventilation. I enjoyed the the complimentary breakfast which had a wide assortment of items to suit individuals with different food choices.... More

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days when I was attending a conference in Delhi. I found the hotel location very convenient as it was close to a metro station and the Karol Bagh market was nearby. The staff were very warm and hospitable. A special note of thanks to General Manager Sajid! He went out of his way... More

The rooms are unclean, with damp on the walls. They are dark & dingy with no windows. The 'ensuite' smells of sewage, you have a bucket for your shower. The staff try to con tourists & 'fob you off'. The hotel is generally disgusting & be careful about the power cuts. The place is a fire waiting to happen with... More

I travelled solo in India for 3 weeks. Safety, comfort, internet access, English speakers, hospitality are all very important to me. The G.M and all the staff are given top marks for making my stay a memorable and happy one. Nothing was too much effort, they were professional, polite and accommodating. Well done!

Booked this hotel from England. It was okay and clean but there was no hot water and no light. The room had a tiny window that looked onto a wall about 50cm away. It made it hard to wake up and I felt like I was sleeping in a box. However the staff were friendly and helpful. They didn't have... More
