We spent 4 nights at Hotel Palace heights. The property is ideally located for the metro station and also a short walk away from New Delhi train station (in case you want to visit Agra by train). Facilities are clean, well maintained. Staff is polite and helpful. Complimentary toiletries are provided in the room. The on site restaurant offers very... More

After previous experience of having stayed here, wanted to do it again & was not disappointed, though feel the rates for rooms charged can be a bit more reasonable !! Staff & most things work, except mixer in shower ! Wifi is good & after initial complaint it was improved. Very Central location, good breakfast & efficient staff & helpful.

Excellent location without a doubt. In the heart of the buzzing Connaught Place inner circle yet nestled in a quite corner, that's the beauty of the location. Service is extremely warm and impeccable. We were to check in past midnight (around 1 am) and the staff on duty at the front desk ensured by calling us that we know the... More

Good safe hotel. Centrally located very close to Connaught Place (a main expensive shopping area). Our room was on the smaller size, but this was made up in the location of the hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Saffran restaurant is the in house restaurant - good breakfast and dinner. Best coffee that we had in India. We liked being close... More

I have stayed one night in this hotel with my family to start my second trip in India and it was a very good experience. The location of the hotel is very good, the rooms (provided with a heater for the cold nights) are clean, comfortable and have a good shower with warm water. However don't take the rooms behind... My husband and I booked this hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews, stayed for 2 nights. Hotel location cannot be better - a minute walk to the subway station and right in the Connaught Place - exactly what we were looking for as it was our first time in Delhi (and India). Hotel arranged a car to pick us up from... More

We are a couple in our 70's. We chose this hotel when we thought we would be using the Metro. Younger folk would like this location better than we did. There was actually little we could walk to though we did take Tuktuks. Everything that has been said about the breakfast was true. It is amazing. My only discomfort was... More

If you read most of the preceedings reviews one can get the feeling this hotel is one of the best. Let me tell you, this is for sure the best mid range hotel on CP. I don't have to elaborate why, since it has already been written down. A small remark, don't take room 201 just behind the reception and... More

This was the first hotel we stayed at in India and it was a great start. The hotel itself is located in the hustle and bustle of Connaught Place which is great for shopping or just some evening exploring. The staff were very welcoming. The room was neat and tidy and included all the standard amenities including wifi. The room... More
