The hotel room is nice, with good facilities. Hot water is available, very important if you are traveling in winter. Very comfortable bedding and blankets. Its a fine located hotel a shoppers paradise, at Karol Bagh, but when it comes to service, its gives it breadth, too many questions at the reception and unwelcoming attitude from the manager. to sum up, if u r looking for short stay for shopping purpose u have a advantage at this place

Long beforeI had enjoyed south Indian food in the restaurant attached to this hotel as an outsider. But I was... More

Have stayed at this hotel a couple times. Below are a few good pointers that made me choose this: 1. Connectivity - I was looking for a place in and around CP, most of which were out of budget or were too substandard. Since I didn't want to stay at Pahar Ganj, Karol Bagh was the closest option available. About... More

The hotel is located in not so good location in Karol Bagh. The ambience around hotel is not good. The staff at the reception was slow. The service in the room was good. The room do not give good out side view. The breakfast offered was typical with less choices.

I stayed for a day here. Although, well known earlier with an attached restaurant, the property has closed the restaurant facility. So food is outsourced. Coffee/tea makers were not provided. The deluxe room was small, with very little ventilation. The A/c was noisy. Room attendants had to be reminded to do various chores. The toilet had a smell and the... More
