Room decor was tired and breakfast poor for the price. The bed and bathroom were ok but not of a standard that I would expect of a place advertising itself as 'boutique'. With a bit more attention it could be so much better as the location is great opposite Lodhi Gardens which are lovely.

The location of this property is superb. The room I stayed in (Number 12) was spacious; so was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was subdued. One power point was available for either the mini fridge or the heater (in winter). The bath was basic and the only item of toiletry was a miniscule, poor quality soap.... More

This is a rather modest place and a bit hard to find. The rooms seem to vary. Mine was very basic but a friend had a larger and nicer room. Staff were courteous and helpful although several did not speak much English. Breakfast was uninspired- white bread and eggs. No fruit. Cleanliness was adequate. Location was great for the Lodhi... I was in Delhi for ten days working out of the Indian Habitat Centre. I booked the guest house for two nigths as my contact couldnt give me a firm intinary for the visit. I stay for 9 nights and enjoyed the service and friendly staff. They arrange cars for me to visit the towns around the area i needed... More

I have stayed here for many years. The situation is perfect and the prices high and I have accepted this. Now ,however, the prices are so high and it is such poor value for money I would not rcommend it to anyone. The whole of the ground floor ,where there were the best rooms ,have been taken over as private appartments for the family... This hotel has gotten better. The rooms and bathrooms have been upgraded and they are better than before. It is very central and easy to access, also most taxi drivers know where it is. They have a hired driver on call and he is also very good. The breakfast is lackluster with just white bread and an omelet. We gave... More

Pravin is a lovely man who appreciates a good story...extended his family home as a guesthouse and you are treated as a true guest. The place is inviting and his openness and charm is a great way to be ushered towards Mother India with her embrace that can be at times overwhelming...I will certainly try and stay here whenever I... I am from London and visit Delhi often for work. I loved 27 Jorbagh for its peaceful surroundings and clean air in that area. It was a pleasure to walk down to Lodhi Gardens every morning and I felt like I was sitting in Regent Park. 27 Jorbagh has a lovely garden within there premises and its beautiful to sit... More

I stayed here some weeks ago and i found that it was a great place to stay in. It has an excellent location and is affordable. It is only a few minutes away from Lodhi Gardens and just 10-15 minutes away from Cannaught Place, Khan market, India Gate and Humayun's tomb which are a must for all tourists in delhi.... More

Stayed there a couple of times. A very good guest house in a good area. The service was good. The staff was decent. The best part is the guest house is loacted in the posh Jor Bagh area so walk on the road is good. The only problem is, there is no good restaurant for lunch or dinner in the surroundings... More
