The hotel namaskar is very basic: no common room, no restaurant, the service is very simple and it is not really clean. If, like us, you are looking for a hotel close to the train station for ONLY ONE NIGHT, go for it, otherwise, look for something else. It's cheap though: 500rp the night.

You pay for what you get. The rooms are definitely reflective of the cheap prices but if that is what you are looking for it's perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fairly clean. We did not find the staff to be very friendly but they were not unkind.

We arrived late at night and used thehotel's taxi service. The taxi driver waited for us despite the fact that we were 1.5 hours late due to visa check which was nice. However the hotel itself was pretty nasty. It is situated in a dark and dirty alley which matches the dark and dirty rooms. The staff not not at... More

It's all a bit grim. It's seriously cheap though, but you that doesn't justify the fact that it's filthy and each room is a bit of a hole. The staff are fine, but for 50-100 rupees more you can stay in a much nicer place elsewhere. The rumbling aircon isn't worth the extra. Bring your own sheets.

I stayed two nights in Hotel Namaskar. It was a AC room. A room for two people. Clean bathroom. Pillow and blanket were well in condition; but bed sheet was full of marks! AC works very well. No hidden charge or any tax story. Staffs are very good and always very helpful. I must say a man in reception table;... More

My father and I stayed at hotel namaskar three times while passing through Delhi. It is great value for money and close to the main bazaar, New Delhi train station and Connaught place is only a short tuktuk ride away. The staff were honest and helped us arrange for an Indian SIM card and phone package. The rooms are nothing... More

The Hotel provides you with correct rooms. They may be a bit humid and some do not have without windows opening on the outside. But the rooms are correct, rather clean. The most important thing: the staff is very welcoming and helpful.

After reading all of the mixed reviews I was hesitant to stay but had to make up my own mind. We opted for the 650r extra large room. For the price, it was what we have come to expect back packing. Basic, the bed and pillows were comfy, shower was useable and a toilet that flushed! The room was tidy... More

We visited Hotel Namaskar on 3 separate occasions during February and March 2015. We had a large group of 11 people and they were exceptional at accomodating our needs. They went out of their way to make our stay as simple as possible. The rooms are fairly basic but large and spacious with hot water and clean bedding. They also... More
