I've stayed in Maidens Hotel for only one night, nevertheless it was a great experience. The 100+ year old building is amazing and even before entering you feel different. The hotel team was eager to assist on any request, gave me a warm welcome and they were quite fast during check-in. I also enjoyed lunch at the garden, a great... More

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Food was very good and could be eaten inside or out. Modernised Heritage property - very clean, staff helpful, all over lovely! Shame we had to pay for WiFi. Room was very large. Felt safe there - had all mod-cons and could be used as an excellent base to explore Delhi from.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Maiden's Hotel, the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely room with 2 double bedrooms, very spacious with a seating area and large bathroom. The manager took us on a tour round the gardens and pool area and could not have been more helpful. A... More

loved this hotel. Over 100 years old, it retains the charm of the British period. High ceilings, roomy sitting areas, modern bathrooms. Small but quaint bar. Buffet is nice and outdoor seating lovely as you watch the peacocks walk around. MUCH less $$$ than comparable hotels and the elevator alone let's you u know your u are in an historic... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Delhi was our first stop as part of a 2 week India holiday. Upon arrival we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The building is simply wonderful and conjures up images of a bygone era, it has real colonial charm and feels like an oasis of quiet in the heart of the bustling... More

Stayed here for the final night of my trip in India. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Grounds of the hotel are impeccable, it's an oasis within the city. Trees, lawns and plants are all beautiful. Hotel ambience is slightly traditional/outdated but that adds to the atmosphere and for me was one of the reasons to come here. To experience... More

This is a small, old fashioned but charming hotel. It has all the idiosyncrasies one expects from rambling old hotels trying to compete in the modern era. The staff are pleasant, the room was adequate, the hotel is safe and secure and the restaurant adequate. I think staying more than a few nights would test one's patience but for one... More

We arrived in a thunderstorm, as staff were moving chairs inside for a wedding that was taking place. It seemed quite chaotic, but reception staff were friendly and efficient. After dumping our luggage we went in search of a drink, we wandered outside and came across a very lovely young lady who I think was called 'Mami' forgive me if... More

Just off the main road in the Old Delhi area, the hotel could be a million miles away such is the peace and solitude...atmospheric gardens, a peacock or two, monkey business(like Marmite, love 'em or hate 'em!) and the opportunity for Al Fresco dining. As expected the customer service was exemplary and if I had a £ for every 'Namaste'... More

Small, clean, classy. Like stepping back in time with wonderful suites to relax in. Indian restaurant was very nice. A colonial gem is a not great part of time. Staff were lovely. Had to pay for wifi which always upsets me though!
