This was our first hotel on a tour. The room was good sized and clean. The staff was very courteous. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was very good. The beds were comfortable. Perhaps this isn't an outstanding hotel but it was very good by Indian standards. Be careful of WiFi charges. Each device had a charge.... More

Great location for shopping. Food, and other services great. Rooms are small but comfortable getting a little tired. The front reception is a real circus. We booked two months ago on getaroom. Two separate bookings for seven consecutive days. We arrive finding out that our reservation is not confirmed. After producing a hard copy of the getaroom confirmation we get... More

Very disappointing. Bad service, surly staff and given a suite that had been closed for refurbishing. Broken blinds, holes in walls, corroded bathroom taps, dusty and dirty. Advertised as being Conrad designed, Sir Terence Conran would be ashamed to have his name connected to this hotel.

I had to stay in this property for three nights and was glad to leave. It doesn't meet Indian standards of service or quality. The staff are nice but I could tell they have not received the customer service training that staff in other chains such as the JW Marriott or Taj have. That aside, the food was good, apart... More

This hotel looks nice but the service was horrible from end to end. Everything from checking in to ordering food to trying to order a car took forever. The staff were not even polite, the women who checked us in was outright snappy. Food was served a different times for three different people, and we were nor able to order... More

We had to wait for 30 mins in our arrival because they couldn't find our booking. Then, we realised wifi is free but only for first 1 hr. But our booking site said free internet nothing was mentioned about 1 hr. Hotel is pricey. Very expensive food and drinks. Pool was booked for private function so couldn't use it. Walls... More

Nice location, lots of shopping right outside the hotel. The room was quite small but clean, the gym was very nice. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and very delicious. The staff was not very friendly.

The walls and doors of this hotel are extremely thin and while in the room you can hear all of the conversations occurring in the hall. In addition, you can hear everything from the nightclub next door. Do not book if you are looking to relax.
